What should I know?
Credit and debit card payments are available for all our online services with Visa and MasterCard. You can also make payments at our main office with AMEX or Apple Pay.
Card Payments
You can make cash payments at our offices in the local currency (Quetzales) or if your service option includes it, if it is not available you can contact us by email or WhatsApp so we can provide you with the different options and you can book your next adventure with us.
Cash Payments
We've added the ability to make payments via PayPal. It's not yet available for all our services, but you can send an email requesting this payment method, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours. For express service, you can also contact us using the options available on the Contact page.

"Payment rejected by my bank"
If your payment for your service has been rejected, it's possible that your location is not yet part of the authorized countries in our payment system, or there's a network error.
But don't worry, contact us and you can make your reservation using another payment method online or in our offices.
If you are a Guatemalan national, you can also make payments by bank transfer.
