Cancellation Policy

NEWay Tours Reservation and Cancellation Policies Payment: Full payment is required when booking any service. No refunds are offered. Responsibilities: NEWay Tours is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to natural events. The company is not responsible for items left in its facilities or vehicles. Clients must arrive 15 minutes before the agreed-upon service time. The client is responsible for calculating the arrival time at the final destination. Cancellations: Cancellation fees apply based on the time prior to the service: 24 hours before: 25% 12 hours before: 50% 6 hours before: 100% No refunds are given for cancellations made within 6 hours of the service. Cancellations of domestic flights and ground transportation outside of Guatemala are not subject to these policies. Prohibitions: It is prohibited to transport drugs, toxic gases, alcoholic beverages, explosives, poisons, or flammable liquids or solids in the vehicles. Passengers under the influence of these substances will be removed from the vehicles and handed over to the authorities. Luggage: Passengers must ensure their luggage is properly secured before boarding. The company is not responsible for damage to luggage caused by natural events. The maximum weight per passenger is 22 kg. An additional charge applies for excess luggage. Some vehicles charge for the transport of surfboards. Bicycles are not transported on public services, only on private services. Refunds: No refunds are issued for unused services due to no-shows. Pets: Pets are allowed only on the following shuttles: Paredón, Monterrico, and between Antigua and the Airport. Each pet pays as an additional passenger. Restrictions apply.
